Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.
  • Work as a learning partner to ensure we continue to raise bars in terms of quality of training for different workstreams.
  • Work on employee experience -Onboarding and soft skill training program across the organization, in consultation with the department heads, including the assessment methods
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions and coaching.
  • Design training courses and content necessary to meet training needs
  • Define ROI on every training program delivered
  • Able to inspire and leads others to achieve challenging results.
  • To develop good working relationships with colleagues and other internal departments.


  • Previous experience of 4-6 years
  • Open and approachable management style.
  • Prior experience leading Behavior training/soft skills is a MUST
  • Report ROI, measurable impact to the business
  • Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all level of employees
  • Expertise in designing learning content based on business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong presentation and listening skills.
  • A self-starter who works autonomously; “player/coach”.
