RMG Analyst – Job Description

The Resource Management Analyst is required to take lead in coordinating and integrating inputs from various work units to assist in the formulation of capacity planning  by project/client

MIS:

Responsible for updating resources allocation and demand in third party tool.

Responsible for updating capacity planning file .

Ensure accuracy of internal requisition process by ensuring all fields are updated in requisition raised through JIRA based workflow.

Work with finance team to reconcile resource allocation details and open positions and close deliverables as per TAT

Responsible for updating supervisor and line manager details as per input received from HR team

Stakeholder :

Attend RMG meetings and share updated file for discussion.

Work with PM & Line manager to update resource allocation details.

Work closely with HR team and provide data pertaining to employees, client, and project

Require to work closely with RMG Leads, Finance & Delivery Management and provide data when needed

Compliance :

Ensure all open positions are duly approved before it gets updated in the project

All resource allocation request should be actioned as per process laid down.

Qualification & Experience

 Academic: Minimum BA Degree in a relevant area (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, etc.).

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 years work experience
  • Should be strong at MS Office suits ( Excel ) & Power BI

Candidates whose experience includes RMG or finance roles within a subsidiary/office of a multinational or international organization will be preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding and knowledge of Resource Management, budgeting and financial management.
  • Communication and Team Skills: High level of personal and professional integrity. Results-oriented personality. Strong communication skills with ability to prepare, present and discuss findings in written and oral form. Ability to function effectively in multi-disciplinary teams within a matrix management environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
