Primary role:

You will play a techno-commercial role. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and delivery of the digital ecosystem of Odessa’s asset finance platform, including its SaaS, analytics and omni channel capabilities.

In this role, you will grow and nurture Odessa’s digital offerings by driving the overall roadmap, determining the overall go-to-market strategy and overseeing execution and operational activities for all customer-facing deliverables.

The role is a cross-functional role and involves working with and managing several different stakeholders within the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, Operations, etc. 

What you'll do:

  • Own the overall go-to-market strategy for Odessa’s digital offerings
    • Work with sales team to develop a pricing, legal and delivery framework
    • Participate in RFP responses, demonstrations and prospecting
    • Support the ongoing sales efforts and pipeline
  • Own the product roadmap for Odessa’s digital offerings
    • Develop effective roadmaps, consistent with the go-to-market strategy developed with a focus in SaaS, analytics and omni-channel areas
    • Influence core leasing product roadmap to support overall digital strategy
    • Assist in the development of “bank-in-a-box” type strategies to simplify the deployment customer experience
    • Work with Engineering teams to prioritize backlog to support development of large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions
    • Develop overall strategy for solution delivery and support
  • Own the delivery and operational support model for all digital offerings
    • Engage with customers to define right-size solutions and ensure fit into customer application landscape
    • Work with Engineering teams to drive the associated technical engagement model (development, testing, certification, audits, etc.)
    • Own the last-mile delivery of all solutions to the end customer
    • Drive overall compliance reviews, security posture, diagnostics & monitoring of offering
    • Manage operational support pre- and post-production, serving as ultimate escalation point for end customers

Basic qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in developing and designing SaaS products, preferably in BFSI domain
  • 5+ years of managing a range of implementations (small, medium, large) concurrently in diverse geographies
  • Leadership experience of managing teams that are 30-50 strong
  • Proven track record in P&L and financial management
  • Experience working in Digital Transformation and Cloud (SaaS) space

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with product-organizations that develop enterprise-grade lending solutions
  • Experience managing a SaaS/PaaS offerings
  • Experience managing Omni-channel offerings
  • Hands-on experience with the management of emerging technologies (AI, ML, RPA)
