About the role:

To meet the growing demand for Odessa Inc around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you have strong .net experience, and can communicate highly on technical concepts to audiences at different stages in the Odessa journey, we’d like to speak with you. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training Team. Here's your chance to work as a Technical Trainer on a newly formed team, with high visibility and significant impact. The successful candidate is an experienced technical trainer or a developer, with hands-on experience of 4+ years with .Net and/or in-depth knowledge of C#, SQL,LINQ.

In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology.

  • Capture and share best-practices, technology updates across the learning community.
  • Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
  • Assess training needs and certification requirements.
  • Deploy training to targeted personnel.
  • Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
  • Conduct presentations and webinars.
  • Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
  • Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
  • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
  • Test process with different subjects.
  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
  • Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, conferences and workshops
